While singers and reality stars K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton have vowed to end their beef with one another, many fans wonder what sparked the beef in the first place.

Tamar Braxton Denies Throwing Shade At K. Michelle 'I Don't Talk About People I've Never Met'

Taking a look back, it looks like the ladies never resolved their very first encounter with one another, which was actually on social media.

Fans remember that when K. Michelle made her reality TV debut on VH1's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta back in 2012, she made very serious claims that she was beaten by her ex-boyfriend, Memphitz Wright. Interestingly enough, Memphitz is married to Braxton's good friend Toya Wright.

K. Michelle just said in December of last year that Braxton sent out a tweet during the show and implied K. Michelle was making up her story about being abused by Memphitz.

"She hopped in it and basically tweeted I was lying."

She added that she did attempt to bury the drama (after making it clear she's a bigger fan of Braxton's sister, Toni), but that Tamar wasn't trying to hear it.

Tamar also refused to shed light on her side of the beef while on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show back in October of 2014. When asked if she and K. Michelle ever ended their feud, she simply shrugged her shoulders. Catch the short clip below.

Their feud was still going strong in August 2014. When K. Michelle laughed at Tamar for not having hair edges on Instagram, Tamar snapped back and said "When u HAVE your baby ... (my son) your hair falls out!"
