The acid fog is no longer a threat, and the Grounder/Arker army is ready to bust in the doors of Mount Weather. When they do so, however, their battle won't be an easy one.

"There's always many twists and turns in this show and I obviously don't want to spoil anything, so I think you'll just have to watch and find out," actress Alycia Debnam-Carey (Lexa) teased, according to IGN. "But there are definitely exciting things that are going to happen and a lot of maybe unexpected things too."

While Lexa prepares her army outside of the stronghold, the battle will ultimately hinge on Bellamy's ability to rally the Grounder prisoners.

"Bellamy is in the process of freeing the Grounder army on the inside," series creator Jason Rothenberg informed fans. "Without them he has nothing. So the heat is really high on our intrepid heroes inside."

Can Bellamy pull the injured and weakened warriors to their feet, or will the attack be doomed before it even begins? One thing is for sure - with The 100 writing staff at the helm, the body count will undoubtedly be high.
