It looks like Tamra Judge's nightmare is finally over. There's a new report that says the Real Housewives of Orange County star has settled with her ex-husband Simon Barney over their custody agreement.

According to Reality Tea on Tuesday, Barney sued the reality television star for sole custody of their three children, Sidney, Spencer and Sophia. Their daughter Sidney was reportedly "embarrassed" by her mother's behavior on The Real Housewives of Orange County and wanted to distance herself from her.

According to court documents, "Simon Barney shall have sole physical custody of Sidney Nicole Barney. Tamra Barney Judge shall have visitation with Sidney Nicole Barney every other weekend, and one day midweek from 4:00 to 7:00 pm every week, and any other additional times at Sidney's discretion."

Speaking to Rumor Fix on Monday, Judge says she had a hard time sleeping knowing that the tabloid media was calling her a "monster mom."

Judge added, "It's a shame that RadarOnline tries so hard to try and ruin people's lives with untrue accusations." It's especially hurtful when she's labeled as a "Monster Mom" - "That was the most devastating thing for me. So hurtful I would cry myself to sleep at night."

The next season of The Real Housewives of Orange County returns to Bravo this spring.
