Another official from the phone company took the stand on Tuesday claiming that Hernandez and the victim exchanged several messages before Lloyd's murder.

On Tuesday, ESPN reported that the ex Patriots player tried to set up a meeting with the victim before he was shot. According to the site, T-Mobile employee Raymond MacDonald testified about Hernandez's cellphone records.

MacDonald testified that there was a number of text messages exchanged between Hernandez and Lloyd on June 16, one day before he was killed.

Last week it was reported that Hernandez exchanged messages with a co-defendant before Lloyd's murder.

Prosecutor Patrick Bomberg went through a series of non-deleted text messages that Hernandez had exchanged with Ernest Wallace in the days leading up to June 17, 2013, the day Lloyd was murdered.

Prosecutors called a phone company official to the stands to prove that there were some missing text messages from Hernandez's phone that were seen on record.

Based on their evidence, the prosecutors have concluded that Hernandez and his two friends Carlos Ortiz and Wallace, picked Lloyd up at his home in Boston, drove him to the industrial park, and shot him to death.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the murder charges, and he currently remains in jail without bail.
