Jo Rivera's girlfriend, Vee Torres, has confirmed her pregnancy with fans on Twitter.

Following reports of a possible second child for the Teen Mom 2 star, Rivera's girlfriend confirmed their exciting baby news online.

"This feeling is so indescribable," Torres wrote on Monday. "It outweighs any negativity anyone tries to throw at me... I am truly humbled and blessed! I am going to be a momma."

Rivera began dating Torres in 2012, shortly after he and Kailyn Lowry called it quits. Throughout their relationship, Rivera and Torres have kept a low profile, despite appearing on Teen Mom 2 alongside Lowry.

"I'm so overwhelmed with emotions right now," Torres continued of her pregnancy. "Literally went from pissed, to crying, to smiling, to crying back to happy again... oh pregnancy.

In other tweets, Torres confirmed she and Rivera had told his oldest child, Isaac, about the news of his sibling, but said they didn't get a chance to let his mother, Lowry, and her husband, Javi Marroquin, know.

"That wasn't really my priority but they just found out I guess. We did tell isaac though and our family," she wrote to fans on Tuesday.

Rivera and Torres are expected to return to MTV for Teen Mom 2 season 6, which is currently in production. The show will likely premiere sometime later this year.
