Lynch has had a number of great moments throughout the years as Sue, though she ranks a very recent one as her favorite.

"I don't know, there were tons of [moments]," Lynch said. "But I really loved the scene with Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Beiste) and Chord Overstreet (Sam Evans) where [Beiste] tells him she's transitioning into a man. I thought that was beautiful."

She said that the last scene of Glee she shot was with Matthew Morrison (who plays Will Schuester), a fellow series regular since the beginning.

"The last scene I shot was a song I did with Matt Morrison (Will Schuester) and it was in the [William McKinley High School] auditorium and it was wonderful and heavy," she revealed.

The actress won an Emmy back in season 1 for playing Sue and has been nominated two other times for the role. It remains to be seen if she will receive a farewell nomination this year.
