Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone may not live there anymore, but the townhouse they used to own went back on the market for even more money.

On Monday, NY Curbed reported that the former townhouse of the celebrity couple is back on the market, but this time for $22.5 million.

Other celebrities like Olivier Sarkozy, Jason Statham, Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Courtney Love and Glenn Close have also lived in the popular townhome.

The home is currently separated into five high-end rentals but can be converted into a single-family home.

It is located at 436 West 20th Street in New York City. It went for $19 million in 2010 following a "museum-quality" renovation and restored.

Photos of the home were also posted in the reported. It features an all-white kitchen and stainless steal appliances. It also has hardwood floors throughout.

The outdoor area is court-yard style with paver bricks and outdoor loungers.

Though the couple doesn't live in the multi-million dollar home anymore, they are constantly in the spotlight with the most recent speculation on whether they are fighting since Garfield didn't show up with Stone at the Oscars.

Some fans thought that Garfield not showing up for Stone's big night may be an insult to her, but Youth Health reported on behalf of HollywoodLife that a source confirmed it wasn't.

"They want to protect their relationship and not be a couple in public so they both decided that it was better off this way during Oscar night. If Emma thought she had a chance to win, then things would be a completely different story, but she let Andrew do his own thing during the Oscars. They have no drama with each other so people shouldn't think of this as a snub."
