Although Kelsey Grammer is happily remarried, he can't seemed to escape his ex.

Piers Morgan announced that Kelsey was banned from his CNN show after the actor left the set on Sept. 19. The reason: a picture of his ex-wife Camille Donatacci Grammer appeared in the opening credits.

According to MSN, when asked if Morgan will have the actor back on the show, Morgan said, "No, it'll be the last time."

A source close told the Huffington Post that before the interview was even scheduled, it was made clear that Grammer would answer all questions, including those about Camille. He had one request: do not show any images of her.

"We have already issued a statement and are not going to engage in this interchange," Grammer's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, told The Huffington Post.

Rosenfield told The Hollywood Reporter, "Piers needs to take responsibility for what he did to Kelsey. It's called accountability."

"When producers make a promise that they won't show certain footage or images, and then go back on their word, they are lucky to get any guest at all," a publicist at another network told the Huffington Post.

Kelsey married his fourth wife, Kayte Walsh, two weeks after his 2011 divorce from Camille was finalized. But Camille has been on the tip of his tongue, even if he's never actually mentioned her name.

On a recent episode of "Anderson Live," he admitted that instead of having an affair with Walsh, he should have split from Camille.

"It was the wrong decision and I should have come home from England when I first met Kayte and just said, 'Listen I've met somebody and this hasn't been working for a long time,'" Grammer told Anderson Cooper.

Kelsey has been known to gripe about his "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ex. He told Oprah Winfrey that he thought he owed her "fame" and got her a spot on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

According to the Daily Mail, he sarcastically said, "Because she'd given up so much to endure this life with me."
