Miranda Lambert will fulfill a lifelong dream this week over 30 years in the making.

On Wednesday the Somethin' Bad singer revealed that she's pretty "excited" about her upcoming show.

Miranda Lambert Dishes On Her Favorite Music 

Born and raised in Texas, Lambert found it difficult to leave her home state when she moved in with husband Blake Shelton in Tishomingo, Okla. After some time, however, she has come to see the place as home.

"Oklahoma has welcomed me, and I found my second home in my husband's home state," admitted Lambert during an interview with Tulsa's Weekend last month.

"We love living there on our farm," the singer continued. "I am a fan of the small-town feel, and I get to be myself."

Fond of dogs, horseback riding, and drinks with her hubby, the ever-busy Lambert enjoys the time she gets to spend at home. In fact, she even started her own boutique shop and bed and breakfast in Tishomingo.

Lambert will perform at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas on Thursday before moving on to Iowa, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Shelton, who was born in Ada, Okla., will continue to serve as a coach this month of NBC's The Voice. His own tour is scheduled to begin this spring and stretch through into the summer.

The 2015 Platinum Tour will also continue through the summer, with a final performance on Aug. 7 at the WE Festival.
