On Monday March 16, television host Ellen DeGeneres will air a new episode of her show, and it looks like Fifty Lady Michelle Obama will be joining DeGeneres on stage for a dance battle.

In a sneak peek video, the First Lady visits the show to promote her new campaign that promotes healthy living.

"We're asking folks all across the country to #GimmeFive ways their leading a healthy life," she told DeGeneres during his visit. "We've got a lot of celebrities involved. Beyoncé gave me five, and Ryan Seacrest and Nick Jonas and even the astronauts on the space shuttle."

The president's wife then surprised the audience when she challenged the comedian to a dance competition.

The talk show host says that she's been busy so she hasn't had much time to practice and she also said that she isn't a fan of choreographed dancing, she's more of a freestyle type of dancer.

Mrs. Obama jokes that she's a busy person too, but she thinks she can manage to dominate in the dance competition if DeGeneres is down for the challenge.

DeGeneres insists that she's down for the challenge because she's is better shape and because she won on of their previous push-up competitions.

The two ladies put on their dancing shoes and break it down to Bruno Mars's new 'Uptown Funk' single.
