The Rolling Stone announced that the new documentary video centers on Drake's 2009 performance at Toronto's Sound Academy.

A rep for the rapper is speaking out about the fraudulent activity surrounding the new film and he claims Drake has nothing to do with this project.

"Obviously Drake and OVO only put out music and video/film that is of the highest quality for their brand and what their fans have come to expect and do not want any fans to buy into something that has not come from them," the representative said.

Earlier this month, TMZ reported that a promoter has been selling tickets to fans for concerts in eight cities that were apparently part of s a scam.

According to the site, the swindler (or swindlers) has been advertising shows without the rapper's permission.

It was confirmed that Drizzy Drake is not performing at any venues this spring and the reps for the rapper are urging fans to call the police if they were suckered into buying tickets for the sham shows.
