The Voice's YouTube channel uploaded a sneak peek video of the knockouts, which includes a historical mark for the series!

Three-way knockout rounds are the new addition to the series.

Some of Pharrell Williams' team is shown in the sneak peek clip learning of the three-way knockout rounds.

Mia Z, Sawyer Fredericks and Paul Pfau are going to compete against each other in a single knockout round!

Mia Z's reaction is utter shock when Pfau joins her and Fredericks on the stage.

"Only two can advance forward and the competition is tough," Williams says of the three-way knockout round.

The other coaches will probably experience three-way knockout rounds too.

The contestants for this round get to pick their own songs and the sneak peek gives insight into a few of their choices.

Adam Levine's contestant Deanna Johnson is set on singing Listen to Your Heart. Sonic from Christina Aguilera's team is going to sing A Woman's Worth by Alicia Keys. Blake Shelton's country artist Corey Kent White is going to sing Tim McGraw's Live Like You Were Dying.

A glimpse of Nate Ruess advising the contestants is also in the clip.
