After Eye Candy aired a pretty epic season finale, fans are probably dying with anticipation on what's going to happen next- assuming a second season happens.

Watch Lindy Find Out Who The Killer Is In 'Eye Candy' Finale

There is currently no word yet if there will be new episodes of the MTV thriller or not, but Tuesday's report from Headline Planet gave some insight on what those odds are. As it turns out, the season finale gained more viewers from the episode prior- but not that much more viewers.

The finale drew in 0.24 adults 18-49 rating with 541,000 viewers. The episode before this had 0.24 adults 18-49 as well, but with views at 525,000.

The finale also had a 0.57 rating in core females 12-34 demo.

So what does this mean? Does this strike any decent chances of a second season?

At the moment, it seems fairly hopeful, but one shouldn't get too excited over it. Even though views went up, it may or may not be enough to give it another chance.

The site posted the viewing numbers from each episode in the first season where numbers were bouncing around all over. The show seemed to be off to a good start, but the last three episodes didn't do as well as some of the ones that aired in the middle.

Considering that the storyline had some crazy cliffhangers with the staging of the disappearance of Lindy's sister as well as the 'Tindy' romance, odds are likely that numbers would pick up if new episodes come aboard.
