The 37-year-old new dad of Wyatt Isabelle raged on Facebook last Sunday about the lack of "diaper changing stations" found in men's public restrooms.

"There are NEVER diaper changing stations," he stated.

Is Ashton Kutcher Leaving Behind Acting For The World Of Investments?

Kutcher's daughter with Mila Kunis was born in October and he seems to have noticed that when he's out and about with his daughter he doesn't have the option to change her like Kunis would.

On Monday, the actor took to Facebook once more about this hot topic.

"It seems this idea of diaper changing stations has struck a chord. It's a pet peeve of mine when people just complain about s--t and don't do anything to improve their condition. So lets do something. In for equality? Pass it on - ‪#‎LeanInTogether," he shared.

Kutcher told A+ on Monday, "I would like my daughter to experience a world where gender doesn't dictate one's responsibility or limit one's opportunity."

"Having changing tables in men's rooms is just a tiny step in the process of rectifying legacy gender discrimination. Men who are aware of this bias want to participate equally in the child care process and our society should support that. It's time to get our hands dirty," the new dad added.

Kutcher has teamed up with Change.org to make a difference in the way public restrooms currently are.

"Target and Costco have proven themselves time and time again to be companies that honor diversity, support families, and provide great services to kids of all ages. That is why I am calling on them to be the change. As leaders in their industry, they can initiate a company-wide policy to provide universally accessible changing tables in their stores," Kutcher stated on the petition's page.

"If Target and Costco take this step, I know that other companies will follow suit and recognize that we should be supporting all parents equally," he said.
