On Wednesday, Daily Mail posted a story from Kim Petro, a plus-size dominatrix who claims that she had a sexual and over-the-top escapade with the Olympic swimmer. When she spoke to The National Enquirer, she said that after posting a seductive advertisement, Phelps contacted her two years ago and paid $900 for her to come to his hotel room one night.

The swimmer allegedly said his name was Fabian Marasciullo, a music producer close to rapper Lil Wayne.

The story continues when Phelps apparently wanted Petro to do more than just an average night of fun. Some might find this odd and pretty kinky.

"When he said drink some water before I go to the hotel, I knew what I was in for," the dominatrix said. "I was going to go to the bathroom anyway- I figured I might as well get paid for it."

When Petro arrived, she claimed that Phelps took off his shirt and shorts where he was allegedly wearing women's underwear. Petro's story goes on by mentioning that the two smoked marijuana, which led to her urinating on the swimmer.

"After I was done, he asked if it was okay to [pleasure himself]," Petro said. "Of course, I'm going to bend the rules a little for a famous Olympian, so he pulled down his panties."

If everything in this story is true, then Phelps supposedly had a string tied around his private parts that Petro pulled on.
