The Big Bang Theory actress stunned in a black Camilla and Marc column gown with a high neckline at the 23rd annual "A Night at Sardi's" Gala benefiting the Alzheimer's Association in Beverly Hills March 18, showcasing her impressively toned back and overall physique when she turned around to reveal the deep cowl scoop back, accented by a reversed long, diamond Neil Lane necklace.

Missing from the actress' sexy and bold look was her best accessory-her husband, Ryan Sweeting, who was absent from the event. Instead, Cuoco was accompanied on the purple carpet by her sister, former The Voice contender Brianna Cuoco, who also wowed in short lacy frock with high neck and sleeves, but which also featured an open back, something Cuoco noted in a post showcasing their looks.

"It's an open back kinda night," she captioned a photo of herself and her sister, as they turned their back to the camera and smiled over their shoulders.

At the event, Cuoco was joined by her Big Bang co-stars, Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki, with whom she co-presented an award to television director James Burrows, who helmed the pilot of their show.

Sweeting has been absent from several of Cuoco's events recently, which previously sparked rumors that the two might have been facing marital problems.
