On Wednesday, New York Post reported that Lindsey Vonn won the World Cup downhill title for the seventh time after winning the final race in the discipline at the season-ending finals.

These seven downhill titles and her 18th crystal globe are both records for women, according to the site.

"It's incredible after being out with two knee operations it is just amazing to be sitting where I am today," Vonn said. "I'm so proud and happy and I really have to thank the people that supported me and got me back to where I am now."

But was Woods one of those people who supported her?

After being sidelined indefinitely from the PGA tour, it seemed like Woods would be by Vonn's side for everything, but he was believed not to be in attendance at this record-breaking event.

Vonn reportedly finished .24 seconds ahead of rival Elisabeth Goergl and .30 ahead of Nicole Hosp.

Vonn was able to increase her speed at the bottom section to break these all-time records.

According to the online publication, fans could be heard saying, "Congrats, Lindsey," near the finish where they held up banner as she raised her ski poles.

When announcing that he was taking a break from golf, Woods said: "Right now, I need a lot of work on my game, and to still spend time with the people that are important to me. My play, and scores, are not acceptable for tournament golf. Like I've said, I enter a tournament to compete at the highest level, and when I think I'm ready, I'll be back."

But now people are wondering if Woods really does plan on getting back in the game or if his leave is more permanent to support serious girlfriend Vonn in her skiing career.

Woods had been to several of her skiing competitions including one where his tooth got knocked out by a cameraman's gear and another where Vonn lost the World Champion status as she made an error on a slope.

It seems both of them have been a bit distracted as of late and now fans wonder if love is clouding their heads.
