She's stayed quiet for quite some time, but it looks like Bethenny Frankel now has a lot to say when it comes to her impending divorce from soon-to-be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy. The Real Housewives of New York star says that while she doesn't want to call their marriage a failure, she knows exactly what went wrong and how it all fell apart.

According to Us Weekly on Monday, Frankel explained what she's learned from the mistakes she made in her marriage during a special appearance of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

She said, "I've learned that you need to go with your gut. As smart as I am in business.... it's really why I wrote the book [I Suck at Relationships So You Don't Have to]... I've learned more from my mistakes than from my successes. Women have this biological clock, you want things to be a certain way and you have this idea of how things are supposed to be."

As far as what went wrong, Frankel explained, "The power struggle between men and women [exists]. And [it is hard] when the woman is the breadwinner. I think fame, attention, and money does not bring out the best in everybody. I think that money, in many ways, is the root of all evil."

Frankel also adds that she doesn't want to label her two-year marriage as a "complete failure" as she is trying to learn from her missteps.

The single celebrity mother added, "As far as my personal life, to be a failure? Yeah -- it's just -- I've been through some pretty negative stuff, and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. You're catching me on the back nine right now. I wouldn't have been able to do the show a year and a half ago. I would have not been enjoyable for many."

Frankel will be back on the small screen in the new season of the Real Housewives of New York, which will air on Bravo beginning April 5th.
