Rob Kardashian has yet to make an appearance on the new season of E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but he had a few words about show star and his sister Kim Kardashian.

He took to his Instagram page to express his disdain for his older sister. He tapped a dramatic scene from Gone Girl in which Amy Dunne (played by Rosamund Pike) returns home after faking her own kidnapping.

In the snapshot Amy is covered in a bloody dress just after she killed her childhood friend (Neil Patrick Harris) in hopes of framing him as her capturer.

It's not clear if the two are beefing but interestingly enough, Kim showed Rob love for his birthday on March 17, less than a week before his cryptic message. She wrote, "Happy Birthday to my one and only brother Robbie!!!! I remember this Vegas party of yours like it was yesterday! I love you so much and can't wait to share so many more memories with you! Kiki Riki!!!! "

Kim has yet to respond to Rob's post publicly.

But an insider said that his picture shouldn't be taken too seriously.

They told People magazine Monday, "He has a funny sense of humor and posts weird things and then deletes them. It's just him..."

Still, they added that some of the family is a little worried about him, especially with his recent weight gain.

"He has always been this way. He just can't lose the weight and he doesn't try - just sits around."

Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs Sundays at 9/8c on E!
