Last week TMZ reported on the possibility of Patrick Schwarzenegger cheating on Miley Cyrus while in Cabo for his spring break.

Cyrus got pretty cryptic on social media especially with various Instagram posts including one about not letting others treat you like a yellow Starburst.

Friday the situation got worse when TMZ got more photos from the 21-year-old's spring break fun since they happened to be photos of him with his ex girlfriend.

Hollywood Life reported that Cyrus is not impressed with the situation.

"At first, she was going to just let him panic," a source dished, adding, "She wanted to figure out what she wanted to do with their relationship before they finally talked things out. But after seeing these new pictures? No way."

On Monday, the site learned that Schwarzenegger is "a little scared" of where he stands with Cyrus.

"Patrick is now moping around L.A. because he's incredibly frustrated by Miley shutting him out...He feels he deserves to give his side of the story with what happened in Cabo San Lucas, and doesn't think Miley's being fair on him. He's really angry she won't listen to his side of the story," a source revealed.

The source said that the 21-year-old student and model is "adamant he did nothing wrong, and he just wants to tell Miley that in person."

Schwarzenegger's wishes appear to have been granted since ET reported Tuesday that he and Cyrus were caught grabbing sushi together Monday night in Studio City and all seemed well and lovey-dovey between them.
