During her one-on-one chat with host Andy Cohen, creator of the Real Housewives franchise, Frankel responded to the question, "Do you think you are too thin."

"Maybe. Do I think I can be sometimes? Yes," Frankel admitted, according to a report by PEOPLE Magazine on Monday. "When I'm very tired and stressed out, people think I'm more thin, and it's always the times I feel like I'm really stressed out. I get black circles and my face looks drawn ... Maybe. I run around like a total maniac."

Bethenny Frankel Opens Up About Her Divorce From Jason Hoppy

Last year, Frankel caused a stir after she shared a photo of herself wearing her young daughter's Hello Kitty pajamas. In response to the photo, fans claimed Frankel was "too thin," and Meghan McCain referred to the reality star as "violently irresponsible."

Regarding the backlash, Frankel claimed she was simply joking around with her daughter, Bryn, who requested she put on the pajamas.

"I thought it was sort of funny, I didn't realize it was going to be this international news scandal. It was pajama-gate... It was crazy," Frankel recalled.

Also on the show, Cohen claimed Frankel's thin frame was a hot topic with her co-stars on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' seventh season.

Frankel returns to The Real Housewives of New York City on April 7 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
