A week after Lady Gaga declared she was starting a body revolution to rebuff critics for comments made about her recent weight gain, the 26-year-old posed topless for a picture taken with fashion designer Donatella Versace.

The photo taken by her friend Terry Richardson appeared on Lady Gaga's Little Monsters website today.

Gaga covers her right breast with one hand but has left her breast exposed. The "Born This Way" singer also channeled Donatella's look by sporting an identical bleached blonde longer hairstyle with a parted middle.

The picture was taken by her friend, fashion photographer Terry Richardson.

Gaga was in Milan to perform at one of her many stops in Europe for her "Born This Way Ball" tour.

The 26-year-old also attended several shows for Milan Fashion Week and wore several outfits from the Italian brand.

Earlier this week, Gaga channeled Elizabeth Hurley, she wore the actress' famous Versace safety pin dress that was a hit the 90s. The "Paparazzi" singer even sported dark hair to fully achieve the iconic look.

Last week, the singer posed in a bra and underwear, proclaiming  a "body revolution" after the singer's weight gain made headlines.

She admitted she gained 25 pounds and said, "I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second."

Gaga is inspiring all of her Little Monsters to join the "Body Revolution," in hopes of inspiring body confidence and acceptance.

Gaga encouraged her fans to post pictures of themselves as well. "Hey Guys its Gaga... Now that the body revolution has begun, be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities."

She also wrote, "My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: 'to inspire bravery.' This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your 'perceived flaws,' as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous."
