Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will be in some major trouble with the authorities as he is deemed a killer and a criminal in episode 18, titled 'Public Enemy,' of Arrow.

The preview for the episode was recently released and it shows Oliver on the lam from the cops, who are chasing him down. Diggle (David Ramsey) is also seen trying to help Oliver out. Another highlight of the episode will Ray Palmer aka The Atom's critical injury, as he was attacked in the mayor's office. TVLine revealed that team arrow and the SCPD will be on the trail of the criminal, and trying to nab him. Could it be that Arrow is being accused of attacking Palmer by the cops. But it seems like the Oliver's team known better and they will be after the real criminal.

Donna Smoak (Charlotte Ross) will also be returing to offer Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) some much needed motherly support as Ray is in hospital for the fatal injury.

TVLine also revealed first look stills for the episode recently. Meanwhile, we now know that Ray has taken the place Oliver (Stephen Amell) initially took in Felicity's life. In recent episodes there was some tension, but Oliver has learnt to step back and move away, respecting Felicity's new lover.

Some of the friction on theis account between the two men was showased in the next episode, titled Suicide Tendencies, which revealed an Oliver Queen and Ray Palmer face-off. The scene is Diggle and Lyla's wedding and TVLine suggests that Palmer is also officiating the nuptials. The report also sources executive Marc Guggenheim's discussion about the episode. Guggenheim stated that Ray will "go about things in a very different way than the Arrow does. And he's not a part of Team Arrow. Right now, he's just a very smart guy in a very, very powerful suit. Oliver's definitely going to have an opinion, and the first instance of that will be in Episode 317."

'Public Enemy' will air on April 1.
