Usher's ex-wife and former VH1 Atlanta Exes star Tameka Raymond has lots to say about his new engagement.

The Jasmine Brand caught up with the celebrity stylist turned reality star and revealed the news about wedding bells through her for a loop.

"Definitely surprised. When I heard I was definitely surprised, but I am very happy for him. Yeah he needs to be happy and have a good situation and be in a great mindset. You know he's the father of my children. So I want him to be in the best positive situation for him."

Usher popped the question to his now fiancée Grace Miguel earlier this year.

As for Raymond, she revealed that she's single and loving it. But she wouldn't be against having a cuddle buddy or someone to vent to. The exes have managed to stay out of the spotlight for the last few weeks after rumors swirled that a sex tape between them was on the verge of being leaked.

Raymond opened up about that as well.

"I have a teenage son and I have an adult son I don't want it to affect them. My son is in college. my other son is in high school. That concerns me; I don't want their mother on all fours..."

She added that to her remembrance she never okayed her and Usher's most intimate moments to be taped to begin with. As of late, Raymond starred in Atlanta Exes and shared some of the ins and outs of her and Usher's marriage. The show was cancelled after its first season.
