Luke Hemmings, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood and Michael Clifford are gearing up for their performance at the fun and slime-filled event tomorrow night in Inglewood, Calif.

It is their first time attending the KCAs and they are really looking forward to it.

On Thursday the band tweeted just how pumped they are for the star-studded event.

"THIS WEEKEND!!!!! It's gonna get sticky," they gushed, which seems like a hint that they will be getting the green goo all over them.

The KCAs are known for the slime and it seems like these Aussies might be getting slimed now given they dished, "It's gonna get sticky."

Another reason to believe they are probably getting slimed is the video Nickelodeon uploaded teasing their performance on March 18, which can be viewed below.

In the video, it appears as though the band will get slimed during their performance. "At this year at Kids' Choice Awards, 5 Seconds of Summer, will do something you have to see to believe," is said in the video so it seems reasonable to think they will have a slime-filled performance.

Slime aside, the band has been practicing in preparation for this live performance.

On Thursday, Irwin dished they practiced a few songs, but based on the teaser from Nickelodeon it seems they will only be performing their version of What I Like About You.

"Love playing music live... LOVE it, one of the best things in this life!" he gushed.
