Luckily Liv is able to find dirt on the former VP that forces her to stop the interview that was going to air Cyrus's dirty laundry.

Cyrus and Michael finally tie the knot, but the duo weren't the only ones putting a ring on it.

During a previous episode, Liv took off her ring and threw it at Fitz when she learned that he went to war to save her life. In the new episode, fans learned that Fitz was the one who gave Liv the ring.

In a flash back, viewers learn that the family heirloom ring belonged to Fitz's great grandmother and while he was supposed to give the ring to his wife Mellie, he says it didn't feel right because Liv was the one who really deserved the ring.

After frantically waking up from a nightmare, Liv searches her apartment until she finds the ring and at the end of the wedding Fitz sees Liv wearing the ring placed back on her finger.
