Football star Tom Brady just accomplished an epic stunt that'll make people wish they were sitting down.

On Saturday, Brady took to his Facebook page to post a video of himself with his wife and kids as they had some fun near a giant stream of water towards the end of a cliff. As his wife, Gisele Bundchen, records a video, she asks her husband if he's going to "jump."

This is when some dramatic music starts to play in the background as Brady stands at the edge where the water can be seen about 80 feet give or take beneath him.

The quarterback lets a foot out in front as he starts to brace himself for the big jump. He appears to hesitate for a bit as he gathers his courage, which soars off with him.

He then kicks off the cliff's edge as the video shows off some special slow motion features. Brady swings his arms in the air and then puts them at his sides as he makes a hard-core splash in the giant body of water.

This wasn't the only wild thing that Brady did on this family getaway; in another Facebook video, he's buried underneath a giant mess of sand where he comes out looking like a zombie in a grave. When he gets up, he chases the kids for a bit as more dramatic music plays.
