It looks as though someone out there is trying to give Kate Gosselin a bad name, despite the fact that she already has a good handful of critics in the entertainment world. The reality television star is once again being accused of being difficult to her kids and her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin. A new report says the mother-of-eight repeatedly threw away her husband's gifts to their children.

According to In Touch Weekly on Friday, Jon made claims back in 2010 that Kate was none too happy whenever her children came home bearing gifts from their father. There's also speculation that Kate might still be "at war" with Jon while someone is allegedly leaking all of this information to the public.

A document from their court case at the time said, "Children have explained concern that they cannot safely bring any gifts, toys, pictures or stuffed animals home from Father's house. Mother takes them away, and throws them out."

If that weren't enough, the same court documents filed by Jon said that the ex-couple's eight children were rather scared of their mother.

The docs said, "The children told the teachers that they were scared and that Alexis had broken a mirror when she could not get out of her room to use the bathroom."

If that weren't enough, Kate was apparently so tight with money that she made her children eat stale food for lunch.

The doc said, "Hannah reported having moldy strawberries, and Alexis said her sandwich was stale. Leah said she had some food left over from lunch for many weeks."
