With a new celebrity couple alert going around, it appears that Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris might be the real deal.

On Sunday, Hollywood Life mentioned that the country-pop superstar and the popular DJ may be building up a romance and it could be pretty serious. Apparently, Harris is willing to let go of his "player" side to have a legit relationship with Swift.

"Taylor is exactly what Calvin needs in a girlfriend," a source told the site. "She's a wholesome, big-hearted southern belle who will do anything for her man, and that's really what he likes in a woman."

Harris and Swift may have been really lucky to have found each other since the insider mentioned that they're searching for the same qualities in a partner.

"After years of playing the field, in-between some long-term relationships, he's quite ready to settle down now," the source said. "In that sense, she's the perfect influence on him because she longs for the same thing."

As it turns out, the "Blank Space" singer may have surprised the DJ with a personality that he didn't expect her to have.

"Calvin was pleasantly surprised how unaffected by her fame Taylor is and just how normal she can be," the insider explained. "She's a very genuine person and Calvin admires that trait because she could so easily be another spoiled diva given her success."
