The season 5 finale of The Walking Dead was full of shocking and intense moments, and while fans are still left with a few unanswered questions, some of the cast is dishing on the new episode and also giving viewers a little insight into season 6.

Main Character Could Be Killed During 'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Finale?

Norman Reedus (Daryl), Melissa McBride (Carol) and special guest Lennie James (Morgan) sat down with Chris Hardwick during another episode of The Talking Dead to discuss the finale episode and to dish on what fans can expect when the show returns.

During the season finale, both Daryl and Glenn were nearly killed by some walkers, but luckily no one from the group died and viewers got a shocking surprise with Morgan returned.

Fans were eager to find out where Michonne and Daryl stood after Michonne took on the role of Rick's right hand man and according to Reedus, he doesn't believe there's any tension and he says that Daryl has a lot of love for Michonne.

Viewers were also interested in learning about a possible romance between Daryl and Carol. While the actors didn't give the fans a real answer, the shocker came when details about the new season were revealed.

Showrunner Scott M. Gimple wasn't present during the interview however he did send a note warming viewers that the season 6 would even more intense than the last.  

"For a good while now, humans have been the bigger threat. At the start of our next season, that will change," he wrote. "We're currently putting into motion some of our most ambitious stuff yet and things are going to get very big, loud, and scary."
