Jack Osbourne, reality star and youngest child of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, tied the knot with his fiancée Lisa Stelly.

On Oct. 7, the couple had an intimate Hawaiian ceremony, according to Us Weekly.

Jack and the aspiring actress began dating in April 2011 and had their first child together, Pearl, the following April.

The couple has already gone through hard times. Earlier this summer, Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. But Stelly has helped him cope with the disease.

"Lisa makes sure he's healthy -- eating right and exercising," a friend of the newlyweds said. "They love staying active as a family."

In early August, Jack received the disappointing news that he would not be featured in the NBC upcoming series, "Stars Earn Stripes," a show that had celebrities compete in military-style challenges. Jack received this news following his diagnosis.

"NBC said they didn't fire me over my diagnosis? Bull-F**king S**t," Jack tweeted. "I took part in a 16 hour challenge over 30 miles with a 40 pound ruck [sack] on my back in January. I had MS then. Don't tell me [what] physically demanding is."

With Stelly's help, Jack has been able to stay positive and move forward.

"He knew something was wrong for a while," an Us Weekly source said after he was diagnosed. "Everyone is sad, but he is being strong about it."

Jack is also a supportive husband. An Us Weekly source said he is "a great influence on [Lisa]." The source also commented that the duo has a "stable" bond with "no drama."
