In the latest news the reality TV couple's luxurious mansion in New Jersey suburb Towaco has gone into foreclosure, leaving Joe and their four daughters at risk of being without a home.

A member of the family told OK! magazine just this morning that, "Joe [Giudice] is in so much debt, and so behind [in paying back the IRS]. Teresa and Joe are planning to let the house go into foreclosure. No one is buying it! The house is still overpriced. It's in the middle of nowhere, and there's a major highway right near the backyard."

It's listed for $2.9 million.

Viewers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey might remember that Teresa was in the market of looking for another home and downsizing from their huge mansion. The insider continued and said that because of Joe's "bad credit," it won't be very easy for Joe to find another home for himself and the girls, 14-year-old Gia, Gabriella, 10, eight-year-old Miliana and Audriana, 5. But all hope isn't lost. And it's very unlikely they will be homeless.

"They have a large extended family. Somebody will take them in."

Teresa and Joe's financial woes surfaced after the couple pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison, which she's serving now. Joe was handed more than three years that he'll begin when Teresa is released.
