Teletubbies plus American Horror Story might be the most terrifying thing you'll see all week.

Taissa Farmiga Gives Advice To New 'American Horror Story' Star Lady Gaga

Beloved children's program Teletubbies has gotten a whole new horror makeover in a new mashup. In a video that is now becoming viral, footage from Teletubbies is shown while the opening theme from American Horror Story plays.

The effect is quite jarring and casts Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, Po, Noo-noo and the Sun Baby in a very scary light. The footage from the show is altered and given a darker edge as opposed to its usual brightly colored setting and characters.

In the mean time, the real life American Horror Story is shaping up for its fifth season. The horror anthology series will be set in a hotel with stars Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer, Wes Bentley, Cheyenne Jackson and Chloë Sevigny among those cast.

The fifth season, titled American Horror Story: Hotel, may be a reinvention for the show considering no regular stars have been announced as returning yet. While Jessica Lange has publicly left the series, other stars like Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Frances Conroy, Angela Bassett, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe and more have not revealed if they are coming back for season 5 as new characters.

American Horror Story: Hotel is expected to premiere in October on FX.
