New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft testified in court on Tuesday morning and he claims that Aaron Hernandez told him that he's not responsible for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Shayanna Jenkins Says She Removed Box From Home At Request Of Aaron Hernandez

Two days after police officials found Lloyd's slain body in an industrial park not to far from Hernandez's North Attleborough home, Kraft says that there was a strong media presence at Gillette Stadium covering the investigation.

On Tuesday, EPSN reported that after learning about the news, he found Hernandez in a weight room working out and he pulled him into a nearby office to find out the details surrounding the investigation.

Prosecutors Believe Aaron Hernadez's Fiance Helped To Dispose Of Key Evidence

"I understood there was an incident that had transpired, and I wanted to know whether he was involved, and if he was -- any player that comes into our system, I consider part of our extended family, and I wanted to get him help," Kraft said.

When asked to describe the details of their conversation Kraft said, "He said he was not involved. "That he was innocent and that he hoped that the time of the murder incident came out because he said he was in a club."

On Monday, Hernandez's fiancé Shayanna Jenkins testified in court in exchange for immunity after being caught lying to the jury.

According to Jenkins, she removed a large charge bag from the couple's home at the request of Hernandez but doesn't remember where she disposed the bag.

Prosecution attorneys believe that the missing bag contains key evidence, including the murder weapon, that will tie Hernandez to the murder of Lloyd.
