Daytime Emmy Nominations 2015: ‘General Hospital’ Leads With 28 Nominations, Including ‘Best Drama Series’ & More [FULL LIST]
The official 42nd annual Daytime Emmy Nominations have been announced, and leading the way with a whopping 28 total nominations in none other than ABC's long-running soap opera, General Hospital.
The series has scored nominations in several key categories, including Outstanding Drama Series, as well as nods for actors in all six categories.
The nominees were revealed on CBS' The Talk during their live broadcast, and co-host Sheryl Underwood even became emotional while announcing nominees for the Best Entertainment Talk Show category, which saw her show pick up its second nomination (she and co-hosts Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Julie Chen also scored a nomination for co-hosts).
The Daytime Emmy Awards will be broadcast live on April 26 on cable channel Pop. The full list of nominees is featured below:
