Grey's Anatomy is going to continue to build the tension between Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and Dr. Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) in the April 16 episode called One Flight Down.

In the press release from ABC, it notes that Amelia and Owen will not be getting along in the hospital, which makes for a super uncomfortable working situation especially for Dr. Stephanie Edwards (Jerrika Hinton).

The tension between these two has a lot to do with Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) butting into their relationship in the episode called Crazy Love that will air the week prior on April 9.

Also, in the April 16 episode a plane crash will cause a bit of chaos in the emergency room.

A handful of doctors will be reminded of a plane crash from a while back that some of them were even in.

Multiple casualties will result from this plane crash, which will cause Meredith and Dr. Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) to relive horrible memories.

Back in Season 8 of Grey's during the finale called Flight, Meredith, Arizona and a few other doctors were in a plane that crashed and Dr. Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh) and Dr. Mark Sloan (Eric Dane) didn't live like the rest of them.

Meredith and Arizona won't be the only two doctors experiencing unrest from this situation though according to a report from Entertainment Weekly earlier this month. Other doctors who were involved in the plane crash directly or by association will also struggle.

Grey's Anatomy airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
