Robert Herjavec called Dancing With the Stars partner Kym Johnson "beautiful" amid rampant romance rumors.

Derek Hough 'All For' Kym Johnson's New Romance

Herjavec and Johnson performed a very emotional Rumba to Ellie Goulding's ballad How Long Will I Love You on Monday, and the Shark Tank panelist admitted that he felt the emotion of the performance.

"I felt it, I felt it. I thought it was beautiful, I really did," Herjavec told E! Online (as seen below). "Once we rehearsed it -- the idea of somebody like me, after six weeks, being able to perform something that beautiful with someone this beautiful, it just takes my breath away."

Johnson told the publication that she has never taught someone in the past who "genuinely loves learning how to dance as much as Robert does. It kind of blows my mind."

Herjavec admitted that he could not have performed the dance with anyone other than Johnson.

"Dance is so beautiful and I'm just so in awe of what she's been able to get me to do and so grateful," he added.

The couple scored a 29 out of 40 for their dance and they currently remain in the competition with 10 celebrities left.

Herjavec, 52, and Johnson, 38, sparked romance rumors from the very beginning of the season, with reports saying that they have been all over each other even while they aren't rehearsing.

It remains to be seen if their chemistry will continue to enhance their dances moving forward in the competition.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
