Yolanda Foster may not return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season 6.

Yolanda Foster Receives Medical Treatment

During filming on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in December, the mother of three suffered a Lyme disease relapse, which left her unable to read, write or watch TV, and now, she's hinted that season 5 could have been her last.

"Please read my final blog #RHOBH," Foster tweeted on Wednesday, along with a link to her "final" blog for Bravo TV.

In her blog, Foster thanked fans for their support.

"First and foremost, thank you so much for all your love and support during my crazy health journey," she wrote. "Please know that it is a great source of strength and that it really means a lot to me. I also appreciate your kindness and compassion in understanding that I have not been able to blog.

"I know the reunion is an important end to the season, so I felt the need to pull up my bootstraps and show up, no matter what," she continued. "In my mind, keeping my commitment to Bravo and Evolution was very important, even though my body wasn’t ready to get dressed and all dolled up after living in my robe and pajamas for the past four months."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' three-part reunion continues next Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Below is a sneak peek at the upcoming episode.
