Zachary Quinto and his boyfriend have reportedly taken the next step in their relationship that's quite the expensive step.

Zachary Quinto Opens Up On Marriage & Children

On Wednesday, Forbes announced that the actor and his model boy toy Miles McMillan are moving into a Manhattan love nest worth more than $3 million. The pad is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath place with an elevator that goes right in. The site also mentioned walnut floors as well as a fancy kitchen.

The happy couple will be joined by two other family members- their two dogs, Noah and Skunk.

Now that these two will be living in the same place, perhaps, they might be willing to move into another step in the future, possibly involving marriage or kids.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Quinto revealed that he would love to have children of his own someday.

"I definitely want kids, for sure," he said. "I gravitate toward the people in my life who have kids. I love fostering relationships with them and watching them discover the world and being a part of that. I definitely want that."

Kids may be a big priority for the actor, but he mentioned that there's a slim chance he'll be heading down the marriage path.

"I personally am not a huge fan of marriage, whether it's gay or straight," Quinto admitted. "Commitment and relationships are a very individual thing, and I don't stand to tell other people what to do or who to do it with, but for me, love is defined by two people in an intimate and personal way, and superimposing an institution on that isn't necessarily, for me, the most exciting idea."
