Four months after welcoming her third child with longtime partner Scott Disick, the 35-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed the first photo of her son to fans.

"My little turtle dove angel baby boy Reign Aston Disick," Kardashian wrote in the caption of the photo.

Over the weekend, while attending a nightclub appearance in Las Vegas, Disick spoke out about the possibility of a fourth child.

"Probably not," he told E! News, before joking. "She's probably pregnant for all I know. I don't know." According to the report, Kardashian was more open to the idea, and told press, "I would, but it's up to Scott."

Last month, Disick spent a week at the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, where he was said to be dealing with issues stemming from addiction. Upon his exit, Disick confirmed to press that he did not leave early, as was reported, and that he planned to return for more treatment in the future.

"A lot of people were under the impression that I was going to this rehab facility in Costa Rica for a month, when the truth was, I was going for a week for one treatment that they have there," Disick explained to PEOPLE Magazine on Saturday. "I'm not done. I plan to go back to this place."
