'Batman v Superman' Star Jesse Eisenberg Talks If He'll Return Beyond 'Dawn of Justice' As Lex Luthor

Eisenberg, who usually sports a full head of curly hair, had to shave it all off to play Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman. The actor appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers on Thursday to discuss acting while bald.

"I came out of the womb with a full head of hair, - I've never been able to touch my scalp - yes, it's freezing!" he admitted to host Seth Meyers. "It's really strange, it's the kind of thing like I can really damage yourself. You want to wear a helmet. ... It's terrifying."

As part of getting around on set, Eisenberg wears a bandana to cover his head, mostly due to the film being shrouded in secrecy.

"That makes Lex Luthor seem so much less intimidating," Meyers said of the bandana.

Eisenberg agreed and noted, "You'd think there'd be something more threatening than the floral-arrangement bandana."

The first official photo of Eisenberg as Lex Luthor was released in late March, with the actor giving a menacing look to the camera.

Very little has been revealed about Batman v Superman other than the main cast. Eisenberg's co-stars in the film include Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled for release in theaters on March 25, 2016.
