A Tennessee native is reportedly suing Bruce Jenner to prevent him from 'destroying families' by documentation his sex change on television.

InTouch reported that a man named Richard Albright file a lawsuit back in February in a District Court against the reality star and E! network for misrepresentation.

"It's this court's duty to stop Jenner and 'E!' Networks before they help create a trend that destroys families all over this great country," the legal document read.

"I personally feel like the guy I once looked up to as greater than Superman has turned out to be more like Wonder Woman. And as far as Jenner being put on the Wheaties box, don't make me laugh. If anything, she [sic] should be on the Froot Loops box."

Apparently a federal judge dismissed the case because Albright failed to pay the required fee.

Last week a source close to the reality star reported that Jenner had silicone implants put in earlier this month and a new photo proves that the story could be true.

An insider close to Jenner says that the reality star did have a breast augmentation however he decided to stick to a smaller cup size.

"Bruce had silicone breast implants put in a few weeks ago,' Radar quoted an insider. 'He went with a smaller implant because he didn't want to look ridiculous."
