BUILD National is an organization that "is dedicated to proving the power of experiential learning through entrepreneurship, and igniting the potential of youth in under-resourced communities."

Kutcher's online auction is here and is estimated to be worth $75,000.

There are currently six bidders with the current bid being at $7,500. People can bid until April 16 at 4 p.m. ET.

While the lucky winner gets to tweet from Kutcher's Twitter handle that has over 16 million followers, there are some rules.

The winner will be allowed to submit six tweets for Kutcher to send out in a 24-hour timeframe; however, these tweets cannot include any "religious, political or racial subjects."

Kutcher gets to choose the date and timing of these tweets and all tweets must be submitted at least a few days in advance.

The winning bidder will also be subject to background checks as well as security screenings.
