All is finally well between singer Keyshia Cole and her husband Daniel Gibson, but now she has to clear up a few other things like an old DUI case that has resurfaced.

The "I Changed My Mind" singer was handed zero jail time yesterday after the criminal case could have landed her behind bars for an entire month. The head of her legal team, Shawn Holley, plead her case Monday. He said the bench warrant that resulted in the ordeal (which happened all the way back in 2002) is way too old to be executed today.

TMZ reported that Cole received the DUI, was given probation but also ordered to go to and complete a class in alcohol education. After word spread that she didn't finish it, a bench warrant was put out for her.

Still, Holley argued that she did indeed go through the class all the way. He then pointed the finger at the lawyer who was representing Cole during that time and said it was him who did not let the court know Cole did her complete duty. Interestingly enough, the program doesn't have Cole's records anymore. However Holley said he believes the class still let the DMV know that Cole had finished the course as she has been issued two drivers licenses since

At the end of Holley's argument, he was able to convince the judge to stop the probation and call off the warrant. The only reason all of this resurfaced is because the All In star was arrested last fall. She's accused of assaulting a woman she found in her then boyfriend, Cash Money CEO Birdman's home in West L.A.

When she was taken into custody, the bench warrant also popped up. But the assault case was tossed out as well. Since then, she has been spotted with her husband Daniel Gibson and their son, Daniel, Jr., sparking rumors that they are back together. She filed for divorce nearly a year ago.
