In episode three of "Grey's Anatomy" season nine, fans will see their favorite Seattle Grace-Mercy West doctors still trying to cope with the aftermath of their plane crash, but the episode is not all somber.
"Love The One You're With" airs on Oct. 18.
Note: there is no new episode on Oct. 11 because of the vice presidential debate.

The preview video, shown below, reveals that Jackson (Jesse Williams) and Alex (Justin Chambers) are just thinking about sex the whole time. Jackson tells Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) about sleeping with April (Sarah Drew), and she responds, "You defiled a virgin!" and Alex cannot stop passing himself around all the interns. Callie (Sara Ramirez) then tries to reprimand him by saying, "Stop sleeping with your co-workers. It ruins them."
Does Jackson propose to April? Well, something like that.
"He asks her if she wants to get married, not to marry him, but she does respond with a kiss, so maybe wedding bells will be ringing soon?" TV Guide revealed.
They also added that the ABC hit show has enlisted "Scream" actress Neve Campbell to play one of Derek's four sisters who comes to visit. They both starred together in "Scream 3," where Patrick Dempsey played a detective who later gets romantically involved with Campbell.
The former "Party of Five" star will appear in at least two episodes, expected to air in December.
Spoilers for episode four, "I Saw Her Standing There," have already been revealed as well.
A press release for the episode revealed the following:
"Aware that Derek might never operate again, Meredith stops talking about the surgeries she's performing. Meanwhile, Richard calls on Dr. Catherine Avery to help him perform a complicated procedure, as things continue to heat up between Jackson and April; and Arizona's struggle to accept her fate forces Callie and Alex to face their guilt."
