As a part of his plea deal for his felony charge, billionaire poker player Dan Bilzerian had to film a PSA for the government urging citizens to protect public land.

Dan Bilzerian Arrested At LAX Back In December

Last week, the self-proclaimed 'Instagram King' uploaded a video on YouTube teaching shooters and the public what safety precautions to take when partaking in such activity.

The playboy also had to talk about his own personal wrongdoings, including the explosion incident, and in the video he's making it clear that he never wants to go to jail again.

Dan Bilzerian Headed To Court For Felony Charges

Back in January, Bilzerian and his friend Jeremy David Guymon appeared in court alongside their attorneys on charges resulted from a Nov. 4th explosion.

The poker player turned media mogul was arrested outside of LAX last month after Clark County, Nev. police officials issued a warrant for his arrest.

Allegedly, the social media sensation obtained some illegal substance used as TNT, and was facing some serious jail time.

Bilzerian and Guymon are both facing two counts of possessing bomb-making components and could face up to six years in prison and a $5,000 fine for each count if they are convicted.

The Las Vegas Sun obtained a police report from the incident, and investigators believe that Bilzerian and Guymon shot a rifle from a distance, which let off more than 90 lbs. of a powered explosive mixture, blowing up an entire truck.

Luckily for the playboy, his attorney was able to reach a deal with the judge and as of now Bilzerian remains a free man.
