Cody Simpson spoke of girlfriend Gigi Hadid in a new interview.

Earlier this month, the singer gushed about what he and Hadid, the daughter of The Real Houseewives of Beverly Hills' Yolanda Foster, like to do for fun.

"I like keeping it simple most of the time," Simpson told Cosmopolitan. "I like a nice, simple dinner—sushi for two is not a bad choice. Gigi loves sushi as well. And then maybe a movie or a show. A lot of times, we just like to stay in."

Simpson began dating Hadid in 2013, but split in mid-2014 so Simpson could focus on his music career. However, by Nov. 2014, the couple were back on, and sharing plenty of photos on Instagram to prove it.

Although dating in the spotlight comes with its challenges, Simpson and Hadid do their best to keeps things at least semi-normal, and for Hadid, that means cooking for her man.

"Anything I want!" Simpson said of what she prepares. "Oftentimes steak and asparagus wrapped in bacon. That is a really amazing meal she likes to cook. Also, she does really good pesto salad, quinoa pasta, a really nice healthy option."

As for what's next, Hadid continues to support Simpson on tour.

"You can't really get away from each other—but usually we never like to get away from each other too often. Therefore being on the tour bus is quite fun. You get to experience the world, see a lot of new places every day, you wake up in a new city every morning and try to find a breakfast place before sound check, and it's a really cool experience."
