The Jonas Brothers played a reunion concert this week at New York's Radio City Music Hall, and during the show they premiered a new song that seems to call out Miley Cyrus.

Band member Nick Jonas dated Cyrus for two years from 2005 to 2007, and hardcore fans of the pair are already speculating that the new song "Wedding Bells" contains direct references to the couple's relationship.

Fans say the woman being addressed in the song is Cyrus because of lyrics that include "if you recall our anniversary falls eleven nights in June," a reference to Jonas and Cyrus' June 11 anniversary.

As the song goes on, it seems to be addressing Cyrus' fiance, Liam Hemsworth.

"She says, can you keep a secret / A ceremony set for June / I know it's a rush but I just love him so much / I hope that you can meet him soon," the Jonas Brothers sing.

Nick Jonas spoke about the song to the audience at Radio City Music Hall and acknowledged that it was uncomfortable to write.

"You have to write a song and apologize for it later," he said. "I don't know that I've ever written a song that makes me as uncomfortable as this song does ... and although it's not the way I feel at this moment in time, hopefully this gives you a glimpse into what that experience was like for me."

Cyrus spoke about her relationship with Jonas in 2008, confessing that the couple's break-up was incredibly hard on her.

"At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad," Cyrus said. "I just went into this weird funk. And I dyed my hair black. When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights - and so I did that, and I got myself looking great. And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, I want to make my hair black now - I don't want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, I've got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am."
