The Olympic swimmer was in a news conference on Wednesday where he talked about not competing in the 2015 world championships, according to USA Today. But according to his rumored ex-girlfriend, he may have spilled details on his personal life.

Taylor Lianne Chandler, who made a number of headlines in recent months when she revealed details on her suspected romance with the swimmer, took to her blog on Wednesday to say something interesting about Phelps. Apparently, he's "sorry" to all the people he's hurt, but was he referring to her?

"It was nice to hear Michael say he is sorry for all the people he has hurt, but I don't think anyone was as hurt as me in this whole 8 month journey," Chandler wrote on her site. "I really hoped someone would have the gumpshin to ask the tough questions. I felt like everytime they mentioned what he went through or has overcome, I was like the elephant in the room."

The swimmer's alleged ex then mentioned that she still feels terrible over what supposedly happened between them and she just wants to get her life back.

"I am still in bondage over everything he has put me through and am left with a life shattered and in pieces," she wrote. "I try everyday to tell myself to be the bigger person and let it go, but life is never quite that easy."
