Plus, Sharon has been acting quite paranoid, which does not make her look innocent either.

Soaps reported that Sharon would be without an attorney until Michael (Christian LeBlanc) shows up with Dylan (Steve Burton) at the courthouse during her arraignment.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) is under the impression that Sharon is the one who attacked her in the park, but Sharon insists she's innocent on all accounts. Stitch (Sean Carrigan) will be brought into their disagreement since he accompanied Abby to the courthouse.

In the sneak peek clip below, the assistant ADA requests Sharon's bail denied.

"Based on the accused's history the state requests bail be denied and the accused remanded into custody," the assistant ADA states during Sharon's arraignment.

Just as the judge agrees, Michael will arrive with Dylan and Michael to convince the judge to let Sharon out on house arrest with him as her live-in guardian. Sharon will be thrown by this gesture since she does not understand why Michael would help her.

Dylan will then tell Stitch that Sharon is being set up. Michael will call Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) to fill her in on the case as Abby will complain to Stitch about Sharon being let out on bail since she thinks she is guilty. Stitch however thinks the killer is still on the loose.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
